Your digital shape files are fed into nesting software that rotates and packs them onto virtual PET sheets for minimal scrap. A CNC knife executes the optimized layout. Sound absorption is consistent across all pieces. Remaining skeleton material is returned to the production cycle, ensuring that your custom ceiling has the smallest possible manufacturing footprint.
