Product Description of 3D Acoustic Wall Panels:

3D wall panel is designed from Felt. To give a material a new use with a different meaning and function creates excitement. With its look and sound absorbing material, the eye will experience 3D PET felt as a concrete block. The concrete block has been transformed from a hard material with sound reflecting properties to a soft sound absorbing surface. Playing with surfaces like this creates interesting environments for meetings to take place in 3D PET felt is a broadband absorber with extended efficiency in the frequency range of 150 Hz-500 Hz. These panels is very efficient at reducing the reverberation time in a room, so disturbing background noise is reduced and voice intelligibility is greatly improved.

A. Materials Description
Made of 100% polyester fiber, after hot-pressed to cotton shape, use different hot-pressed to reach different density and sure its ventilation, which make it become excellent sound absorption and hot insulation products.

B. Product Size
The standard size is 2440mm x 1220mm, which can be customized.
The standard thickness is 9/12mm of stock. Can be made to be 3-25mm thickness.

C. Flame Retardant Characteristic
It can reach class B1 flame retardant (same as GB8624 2006 C), the material is solid, averaged and flexible, absorption has good sound coefficient and heat insulation function.
